Please Enjoy Tamiym ‘Emeth Ministries First Truth Blog about Judging Or Loving. In this Blog I will provide information on the following:

  • What Does The Holy Bible Say About Judging & Loving?
  • Is Correcting or Advising Someone Regarding A Sin Or Something Wrong Considered Judging Or Loving?

When it comes to Loving Or Judging, many people stop & question themselves before making a statement or advice. Some find the two confusing & it instills fear in them to speak truth on a matter that could be life saving. The Bible speaks a lot of truth in regards of Judging & Loving!

What Does The Holy Bible Say About Judging & Loving?

Here are a couple of scriptures from the Bible about Judging & Loving. In Luke 6:37 (KJV) Jesus made this statement;

“Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:”

Jesus also made another interesting statement that makes us think! John 7:24 (KJV);

“Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.”

Some may be confused right? Just like anything in life, it’s like Jesus is saying to us;

“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. ‭‭(2nd Timothy‬ ‭2:15‬ ‭KJV‬‬).”

Jesus also said, “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:””And ye shall know the truth, & the truth  shall make you free.” (Matthew 7:7 & John 8:32 KJV)

In other words, Pray to Jesus & the answer will be given to you. Diligently study, research & investigate everything, & the true answer shall be given to you. Continuously pray to Jesus for the truth & it’ll somehow be revealed to you, & you’ll be free sincerely knowing the truth was straight from Jesus!

It’s at the utmost importance that we know, that it says in 1st Corinthians 14:33 (KJV), “God isn’t the author of confusion, but of peace,” He give’s you a righteous & truthful answer that will set you free, not to put you into a state of confusion.

In Mark 12:31 (KJV) Jesus says, “thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.” But the word that I found completely explaining love, is found in 1st John 4:7 (KJV);

 “Beloved, let us love one another: “FOR LOVE IS OF GOD;” and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.” So it’s clear that if God is Love, we should automatically know that the enemy isn’t of Love but of the opposite, of Hate!

Is Correcting or Advising Someone Regarding A Sin or Something Wrong Considered Judging Or Loving?

Think about it this way! Your 10 year old child steals $100.00 from your wallet, What would you do? Allow him/her to continue & become a thief & live that type of lifestyle? Would you immediately correct him/her by discipline & continue to do so until they leave your care?  I’m sure any good parent’s reaction would be to do the right thing! Continue to teach them righteously, & as Proverbs 22:6 (KJV) states;

“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”

We all learn from our childhood! From correction & discipline set by our parent’s from our childhood. That should be considered every person’s first education, their parents & their home. Take into consideration that this same concept could be adapted to our subject! Except that the one advising could be anyone with knowledge on the subject or issue, other than a parent.

‭‭So giving advice to anyone living in an unrighteous iniquity filled lifestyle should be considered loving. And advising them to stop living in sin by telling them truth would technically be the same thing. But not speaking truth on a matter when you have knowledge on it would mean; you aren’t showing them the same love you have for yourself! I’m sure you’d want someone to do the same for you if you were lost.

“Hatred stirreth up strifes; but love covereth all sins. Proverbs 10:12 KJV.” As a result, you should simply & sincerely know that you aren’t judging but doing what Jesus told you to do. Love them as you love yourself! Don’t be afraid to love other’s, because as 1st John‬ ‭4:18‬ ‭(KJV‬‬) states;

“There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.” But I found that James 5:19-20 (KJV) say’s it better in this way;

“Brethren, if anyone among you wanders from the truth, and someone turns him back, let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul from death and cover a multitude of sins.”

I pray that this Truth from Jesus help you understand the difference between “Judging Or Loving.” May you be blessed in Jesus name!
